DeKalb County School District will register potential pre-kindergarten students and conduct the lottery for participation in the program on Friday, April 17th. 
Parents must provide the following four documents to be eligible for the lottery: child's original certified birth certificate, proof of residency (power, gas, or water bill, apartment lease or house contract in parent's name), child's Social Security Number and parent's photo identification.
