Once-in-a-Lifetime Event 8-21-17
All DeKalb schools will delay dismissal by ONE HOUR on Monday, August 21st for the solar eclipse. In Midvale's attendance area, we expect 97.7% coverage of the sun, peaking at 2:36:55. Weather permitting, we will see the moon begin to cover the sun shortly after 1 PM and the eclipse will conclude around 4 PM.
