Mission Statement

Believing that the library is a combination of people, places, collections and services that aid and extend learning and teaching, the mission of the library media program at Midvale is to ensure that students and staff become effective and responsible users of ideas and information. The library media program supports the Georgia Standards of Excellence and the mission of the International Baccalaureate Organization: to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
